Welcome to PNG KULTURE. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PNG KULTURE website, store, digital products, physical products, educational resources, and related services.
By accessing our website, purchasing a product, downloading a resource, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or make a purchase.
1. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
PNG KULTURE provides products and resources for photographers, videographers, content creators, and other creatives.
Products may include, but are not limited to:
- Lightroom presets
- Evoto presets
- LUTs and color-grading assets
- Editing assets and templates
- Overlays and transitions
- Guides, e-books, PDFs, and educational materials
- Creator and business resources
- Photography and videography resources
- Physical merchandise and creator products
- Other digital downloads and creative tools
Product availability, features, pricing, and descriptions may change at any time.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are generally delivered electronically after purchase through an instant download, email, customer account, or another delivery method indicated on the applicable product page.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have compatible devices, software, applications, and equipment necessary to use a digital product before purchasing it.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe software requirements and compatibility. However, PNG KULTURE does not guarantee that every digital product will function with every device, software version, operating system, camera, editing application, or workflow.
If you experience a legitimate technical issue accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us for assistance.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
Unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable product page or license, purchasing a PNG KULTURE digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for their own personal or professional creative work.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying product, intellectual property, design, educational material, preset, template, asset, or other content to the purchaser.
You may use eligible digital assets as part of your own finished creative work, subject to any product-specific licensing terms.
4. SHARING, REDISTRIBUTION & RESALE
Unless PNG KULTURE provides express written permission, you may not:
- Resell our digital products or files.
- Redistribute or share purchased files with another person.
- Upload our products to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, forums, groups, cloud folders, or other distribution platforms.
- Give purchased products away for free.
- Modify or repackage our products for resale or redistribution.
- Claim PNG KULTURE products as your own.
- Sublicense our products to another person or business.
- Purchase one license and distribute the product among a team, organization, class, membership, community, or group unless the applicable license specifically permits it.
Creating finished photography, video, design, or other creative work using an eligible PNG KULTURE asset does not by itself constitute redistribution of the underlying asset.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the original content available through PNG KULTURE—including digital products, presets, LUTs, templates, guides, educational materials, graphics, branding, written content, videos, and other original assets—is owned by or licensed to PNG KULTURE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of PNG KULTURE intellectual property.
6. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products are subject to availability. Product colors, packaging, appearance, and other characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or representations displayed online.
Physical orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment according to the timeframe provided in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.
7. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information when making a purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or listing errors, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms. Any payment handling required following such a cancellation will be performed in accordance with applicable law and our payment provider’s requirements.
8. REFUNDS, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Purchases are subject to the PNG KULTURE Return & Refund Policy.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.
Digital products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund after purchase or delivery. If a digital file is defective, corrupted, incorrect, missing, or inaccessible, PNG KULTURE may provide technical assistance, replacement files, or renewed download access as appropriate.
Physical products are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind. Eligible claims involving items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect may be resolved through replacement or reshipment in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Physical orders are generally processed and shipped within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Shipping-carrier transit times are separate from our processing time.
PNG KULTURE is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Digital products do not require physical shipping and are generally provided through digital delivery.

10. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
PNG KULTURE may provide educational information relating to photography, videography, editing, content creation, business, marketing, creative workflows, and related subjects.
Educational content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Individual circumstances and results vary.
Nothing provided by PNG KULTURE should be interpreted as a guarantee of business, financial, creative, social-media, career, or other results.
11. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Examples, demonstrations, before-and-after images, tutorials, testimonials, case studies, or other results shown by PNG KULTURE are provided for illustrative purposes.
Photography presets, Evoto presets, LUTs, editing assets, and similar tools can produce different results depending on factors including the original image or footage, lighting, exposure, white balance, camera settings, camera equipment, software version, skin tones, colors, and additional editing choices.
Purchasing or using a PNG KULTURE product does not guarantee that your work will produce results identical to examples shown.
Likewise, business or educational resources do not guarantee bookings, clients, followers, revenue, profit, engagement, business growth, or any other specific outcome.
12. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use our website, products, or services to engage in unlawful activity; violate another person’s intellectual property rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; distribute malicious software; fraudulently obtain products or services; or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of our store.
13. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE & SERVICES
Some PNG KULTURE products may be designed for use with third-party software, applications, platforms, cameras, plugins, or services.
References to third-party products or trademarks are for compatibility or informational purposes and do not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
PNG KULTURE does not control third-party software or services and cannot guarantee that a third-party company will continue supporting a particular feature, file format, software version, or product.
14. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS
We may update, improve, replace, discontinue, or modify products and services from time to time.
Purchasing a product does not automatically entitle the purchaser to every future version, upgrade, expansion, or newly released product unless this is expressly included with the purchase.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PNG KULTURE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products, website, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services or digital products where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unauthorized redistribution, resale, abuse, infringement of our intellectual property rights, or a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date when appropriate.
Changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to PNG KULTURE’s business operations, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply based on a customer’s location.
