PNG KULTURE SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical orders placed through PNG KULTURE are typically processed, packed, and shipped within 7–14 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Many PNG KULTURE orders are personally packed and fulfilled by our team, rather than through a large third-party fulfillment center. Please allow the full processing period for your order to be prepared for shipment.
Please note that the 7–14 business day timeframe is our processing and fulfillment time. Carrier transit time begins after your package has been shipped and is separate from our processing time.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Once your physical order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Shipping and delivery times after an order leaves our possession depend on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of PNG KULTURE’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR LOST-IN-TRANSIT ORDERS
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Eligible and approved claims will be handled through replacement or reshipment rather than a refund, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
If a shipment is confirmed by the shipping carrier as lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine whether a replacement shipment is appropriate.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products do not require physical shipping. Eligible digital purchases are delivered as an instant digital download or digital access after purchase.
Depending on the product, your download may be provided directly after checkout, by email, or through another digital delivery method listed on the product page.
Please make sure the email address associated with your order is correct. If you purchase a digital product and experience difficulty accessing or downloading your files, contact us for assistance.
DIGITAL + PHYSICAL ORDERS
If an order contains both digital and physical products, your digital products may be available immediately while your physical products will follow the physical-order processing and shipping timeframe above.
